Bixenberg Tavern is a Germantown spot built around three things: a damn good burger, cold Wisconsin beer, and great staff who make you feel at home.
We pour rotating Wisconsin craft beer alongside hand-pressed smash burgers, cooked to order on our open kitchen flat-top — and we treat the people who walk through the door like the regulars they're about to become.
